I bought 2 packs of googly eyes & have been carrying around a pair all week.
Googly eyes make everything funnier: FACT.
This morning, I ran into a little kid on the street in Williamsburg. He was wearing a pretty sweet, ‘D is for Dragon’ sweater & a tiny pair of Yo Gabba Gabba slip-on Vans! (His were covered in Brobees).
I complimented him on his outfit and he mumbled something incomprehensible at me from under a blonde bowlcut. His bearded Brooklynite father watched with silent disapproval until the kid and I ran out of conversation points and it got a little awkward.
My point is that they make Yo Gabba Gabba shoes for grown-ups too!

Like many other cartoonists before him, he discovered that this daily routine pushed him to improve his ability in both drawing and writing. Ian has posted a daily comic for two years now, attends college, and drinks lots of coffee.
